Operating Principle

Performance follows market conditions—not a fixed promise

The published framework states that the trading operation does not rely on a fixed guaranteed return. Under favorable conditions, it describes a capability of up to approximately 25% per week and a working range of approximately 10%–25% per week when suitable trading opportunities are available.

Performance is variable and not guaranteed. Capital preservation, risk management, prevailing market conditions and the availability of suitable trades remain the primary considerations.

Investor Economics

Profit participation is separate from original capital

The framework allocates 30% of realized net trading profit to participating investors, subject to the applicable contract and disclosure terms.

Investor distributions are calculated from realized net profit. The investor’s original capital is treated separately from profit distributions.

  • Option 1: realized investor profit distributed every 15 banking days
  • Option 2: realized investor profit distributed every 30 banking days
  • The source framework states an initial 90-banking-day lock-in, with longer package-specific terms applying to selected tiers

Risk Discipline

The strategy does not force trades to manufacture a return

The source page emphasizes that favorable conditions are used to pursue opportunity, while difficult conditions call for capital protection and risk management rather than forced trading.

The central proposition is therefore performance-based participation: realized outcomes are shared when trading produces realized net profit, while fixed-return language is explicitly rejected.

“Smart capital does not chase promises. It follows a strategy, defined risk and realized performance.”
